Driving at a steady pace, rather than frequent, foot-down acceleration, will help you optimise your range. The Green mode offers you a consumption-reducing setting. It helps you get used to using the pedal to stay in an efficient range. If the efficiency meter strip glows green, you’re doing fine. If you speed up too powerfully, it’ll turn grey. It evaluates your efficiency since the start of your journey – and shows you how many bonus miles you’ve collected.

EV ROUTING.

MINI Navigation takes the guesswork out of your journey and lets you take control. It guides you to your destinations safely and smoothly with fully integrated EV routing. You can easily keep track of your available charge and search for charge points (CP) in our charging network or other charge point operators (CPO) with the MINI App. You can filter by plug type, charging speed, authentication option and CP availability. And you can also display a route to your desired charging station and start navigating straight from the MINI App. You can also view and update your account and billing information as well as read reviews and rate a CP.

CHARGING AT HOME.

You don’t need any complex installation or unit to charge at home, but the easiest way would be to use a MINI Wallbox. For your all-electric MINI Countryman the Flexible Fast Charging cable and an adapter that is compatible with both domestic and industrial power sockets, offering charging speeds of up to 11 kW, is optionally available. The MINI Wallbox comes standard with the Countryman E, along with complementary one time installation at your place of preference.

CHARGING ON THE GO.

Everything you need for public charging is standard equipment of your new MINI and no additional hardware is needed. You can take advantage of the ever-growing number of public charging stations that are equipped with both alternating current (AC) via a Type 2 connector, and direct current (DC) via a CCS plug that let charges your vehicle with up to 130 kW electric power.

The combination of practically-sized charging capacity and stable charging performance of your MINI ensures you can take many ways to reach your destination – and always have several charging options within reach.

CHARGING AT WORK.

Many employers have now embraced electric mobility and offer a truly modern workspace by providing EV charging for their employees. This is now seen as part of employee benefits and perks and helps with retention and workplace satisfaction. If your employer hasn’t implemented workplace charging yet, and there is space, why not suggest it could be a good move. There may well be grants, rebates and other incentives available for your company to fund a program and charging infrastructure.

The closest public charging station is always only just a tap away. Find it through the MINI App and send it directly to your MINI’s navigation system. This takes the guesswork out of your journey and lets you take control. It guides you to your destinations safely and smoothly with fully integrated EV routing. It lets you easily manage charging requirements and authenticate payments, and can provide tariff information and cost estimates for public charging stations. And it also allows you to monitor your MINI when it is connected to a charging station remotely and determine when you can depart.
