MINI John Cooper Works vehicles are specifically engineered and designed for performance driving. Every aspect is optimised with performance in mind – aerodynamics, suspension, exhaust, brakes, seats, steering, wheels and much more. Steptronic TwinPower Turbo engine technology delivers a hefty 221 kW while the drivetrain in the all-electric MINI Aceman has a power output of 170 kW. Inside the cockpit, the intelligent operating system, advanced driving assistance and performance-oriented displays keep you engaged and focussed on the road ahead.
ALL4 all-wheel drive. The ALL4 system is an electro-hydraulic all-wheel drive system that uses an electronically managed hydraulic pump located on the rear axle to distribute torque to the front and rear wheels. It effectively splits engine power between the front and rear wheels on a 50/50 basis by default but redistributes 100% of power back to the front wheels on demand. This gives you all the control you need on all roads and in all seasons.
It is classified as a "MINI SUV" or subcompact crossover – the smallest class of body-on-frame SUV and is engineered for off-road use with an ALL4 four-wheel drive. Thanks to MINI’s creative use of space, it makes use of every centimetre. The high roof gives the tallest driver plenty of headroom, there's lots of leg room and the wide interior offers passengers plenty of space. It is one of the biggest small SUVs in the rear, too, and can comfortably accommodate two tall adults in the back, behind a couple of similar-sized people sitting in the front. Its back seats fold to offer extra boot space or legroom, with up to 1,390 litres of room to use. It’s a practical family car with premium looks but still tough, rugged and versatile enough to let you go offroad and have some serious fun.
WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) is the legally binding test procedure for all car manufacturers that determines figures for exhaust emissions and fuel consumption. This laboratory test will also be supplemented by an emissions test that measures pollutants directly on the road; RDE (Real Driving Emissions).
Every all-electric MINI comes with two AC charging cables as standard. The first cable can be plugged into any home conventional socket. The second enables you to charge much faster using a Wallbox with a higher AC power supply. An optional MINI Wallbox (3rd Gen) is the ultimate in electric convenience. With its robust and weather-proof design, it can be installed in your garage or outdoors and delivers 3-phased charging at 22 kW charging speeds.
